Resolved Question: how to find employment or career?

I have over 20 yrs health care experience, have an MBA and currently working on my DHA (Doctrate Healthcare Administration). I relocated to Hanford Ca last month and have been in search for employment. Daily I'm on Hotjobs, Monster, Careerbuilders just to name a few. I have mailed out about 20 resumes to different companies that I found in the phone book and nothing.
